Administrative Assistant
Reporting to:  Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Academic Coordinator
Scheduled Shifts: Varying shifts Monday to Friday
Work Location: 1200 Lawrence Avenue West, North York Campus

The main responsibility of this position is to oversee the smooth operation of student clinics including:

  • Appointment booking and confirmation
  • Maintaining client files and ensuring client confidentiality
  • Conducting daily inventory control including linen, products, retail, etc
  • Handling cash/POS transactions and balancing deposits
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients
  • Fielding all inquiries in a friendly manner
The Administrative Assistant- Student Clinic is also responsible for supervising and coaching student volunteers, and supporting any other administrative duties related to College operations. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. They must also have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience at a front desk, reception or administrative assistant capacity, preferably in a spa, hotel or educational environment. Computer proficiency is a must.
